I had begun this webpage over 15 years ago with the help of a great friend who was also a distant cousin on a different family. Eventually it became difficult to continue maintaining, let alone improving, this webpage, so mostly it has just been sitting idle these last 10 years. A couple of years ago I learned a little bit about web design so I am finally completely revamping this Wil(l)banks webpage. In the last couple of weeks (July 2012; March 2013) I have begun the process to completely update this website in the hopes of improving its appearance, making it more user friendly, and most importantly providing a wealth of more helpful information.
